  • Brittany Majewski

    CEO

    Brittany oversees the daily operations of Chesapeak Shredding. Brittany also takes care of all aspects of accounting for the business. When Brittany isn’t working, she loves riding her horses and being outside. Brittany stays busy outside of work raising their 6 children and taking care of the family farm as well.

  • Paul Majewski

    President and COO

    Paul Majewski II is the President of Chesapeak Shredding, Chesapeak Medical Waste, and part owner of Bumble Junk. Paul has been in business for over 11 years. Paul is extremely active in Harford County and believes in giving back to the community in which he lives. Paul serves on several boards in the Harford County area. He is constantly working in one of his businesses, helping to raise his family, run his family farm and volunteering tirelessly for the community. He currently serves on the Harford County Liquor Board and is very engaged in the political fabric of the County as well. In the recent past he has served on the Boys and Girls Club and the Harford Community College Foundation Boards. He traditionally transports the family pig to the Boys & Girls Clubs for the annual "Kiss a Pig" fund raiser! Just to name a few nonprofits that Paul currently gives his time, energy, and money to are: Breathe 379, Harford County Library, and the Char Hope Foundation.

  • Kathy Heidelmaier

    Director of Operations

    Kathy manages the office and oversees the daily shred schedule of the customer. She also organizes the Shred Day events.

    Prior to joining Chesapeak Shredding, Kathy had a 15-year career in the payroll industry. Kathy and her husband live in Bel Air, Maryland and Kathy is also the proud “GiGi” to her granddaughter. When Kathy isn’t working she loves to craft, work in her gardens & travel. Kathy also has volunteered on several boards in Harford County and currently serves on the Board for the Maryland Center for the Arts.
